As an AI Engineer in the AI Solutions Team, you will work at the heart of the business to identify, validate, and deliver AI solutions that create measurable outcomes. You will build production-grade, LLM-powered products end-to-end, moving quickly from discovery to first value, then scaling what works through reusable capabilities and strong governance over trusted, AI-ready data. This role combines real business impact with advanced applied AI (e.g., production-grade RAG, agents, extraction, evaluation, and open-source model deployment and fine-tuning) in a highly collaborative, agile environment where responsible AI, data governance, and risk controls are embedded from day one.
