    As a Senior Software Engineer, you will deliver software engineering and focus the delivery of engineering solutions for salesforce solutions. You are a software engineering expert delivering, android technical capability and will and plan, design, coordinate and execute high quality technology solutions.
    Reporting to the Product Owner -W&M Salesforce CRM, you are accountable for engineering and supporting salesforce solutions to ensure that the vision of the business, and future product development, achieves their desired targets, ensuring technology is of exceptional quality on a global scale, delivering the highest possible value to the business.

Responsibilities
  • Build and deliver software solutions using contemporary approaches.
  • Ensure the delivery of quality product by ensuring code peer review, unit testing, and other techniques.
  • Analyse, consult, design, develop, and install computer applications to support business objectives.
  • Compile, maintain and review artefacts generated out of the SDLC.
  • Provide system support by investigating, liaising and advising on problems reported by business support teams, system test, and third-party providers.
  • Estimate total effort required to deliver release cycles and support application release planning.
  • Maintain awareness of releases and enhancement requirements and the impact these have on system maintenance.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of contemporary approaches, techniques, and technologies used in the building, deployment, and configuration of software and systems.
  • Participate in workshops, stand ups, product demonstrations and retrospectives.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and resolve incidents and requests assigned to the Software Installations queue and ensure all are actioned within the SLAs and are documented correctly within the system.
