The Senior Software Engineer at Ingame Sports is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance, scalable, and secure software solutions that power our sports technology platforms. This role plays a critical part in translating business requirements into technical solutions, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring engineering excellence across all stages of the software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Analyze user requirements and design efficient, scalable software solutions. Develop high-quality code following best practices and company standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, QA, and operations to deliver superior software products. Assist in the architectural design and technical decisions for software projects. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and facilitate knowledge sharing. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance issues. Keep abreast of emerging technologies and incorporate relevant advancements into projects. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or equivalent. Strong understanding of software development life cycle, design patterns, and best coding practices. Experience with databases, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms is preferred. Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
