Key responsibilities

• Own technically complex product initiatives from problem definition through architecture, implementation, rollout, and iteration.
• Identify unnecessary complexity, challenge assumptions, and help the team focus on solutions that create meaningful customer value.
• Contribute to cross-cutting platform improvements that make the product more reliable, maintainable, and easier to evolve.
• Raise the technical quality bar through thoughtful design, code reviews, technical guidance, and hands-on collaboration with other engineers.
• Work closely with product design, customer success, and other engineers to turn ambiguous problems into effective product solutions.

Your profile

• 5+ years of hands-on TypeScript experience in high velocity SaaS environments.
• Strong full-stack and product thinking, understanding systems end-to-end.
• Experience with backend development, ideally with PostgreSQL and Azure.
• Clear, precise communicator in English.
• Self-driven problem solver with strong ownership and execution mindset.
