Description

We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer and Technical Lead for Electric Vehicle (EV) products. The Anchor Engineer is responsible for setting up the technical direction and implementation strategy to deliver high quality features and products that support Ford Motor Company Connected Vehicle initiatives. The Anchor Engineer has a primary role in leading systems design, development, testing, and operations activities for a specific EV product. In conjunction with being the technical leader, the Anchor Engineer also works in the full technology stack. This position is responsible for the technical direction of products directly utilized by Ford’s end-customers

Responsibilities

The Anchor Engineer sets the technical direction and implementation strategy for Electric Vehicle products to support connected vehicle initiatives. They lead systems design, development, testing, and operations across the full technology stack for end-customer products.
