Identifies and contributes to the development and solution strategies to team members that improve the design and functionality of interface features across one or more project features, under minimal guidance. Applies standard processes on the use of programming languages (e.g. HTML, C++, Java) to write code that fulfills website modification requests and technical requirements. Qualifications Basic Qualifications B2+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree, OR 5+ years of relevant work experience 1 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying Generative AI models (such as GPT, Llama, Stable Diffusion, etc.). Proficiency in Python and popular AI/ML frameworks understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RLHF, and agent orchestration frameworks. Excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for exploring new AI paradigms. Preferred Responsibilities Design, build, and deploy Generative AI and Agentic AI models and applications. Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to identify and implement AI-driven features and workflows. Ensure ethical and responsible AI development and deployment. Contribute to the creation of technical documentation, innovation in Gen AI space Additional Information Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.
