You are actively helping us to take this path: towards agent-based workflows, AI-supported tools and an architecture designed for this.

What to expect

• Working on a central integration and middleware layer that cleanly connects our existing ERP with modern services and standard solutions.
• Development of scalable REST APIs and microservices based on Java and SpringBoot to gradually transform an established ERP architecture into a more modular, service-oriented structure.
• Modernization of an Oracle-based ERP platform towards a flexible, cloud-enabled and, in the long term, AI-ready system landscape.
• Use of messaging systems such as RabbitMQ to build asynchronous, loosely coupled processes and event-driven patterns.
• Contributing to architecture and technology decisions, as well as to the further development of our platform stack.
• Support in building an AI-first way of working: AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code and agent-based development approaches should become an integral part of our future workflow – you will help to meaningfully introduce and further develop this practice.
• Design of services and interfaces with a view to future AI-based automations and intelligent business processes.
