We are dedicated to ensuring Asana’s web application remains fast, efficient, and scalable for all customers, regardless of size. Our team works on improving application performance and resolving high-impact scalability issues. We collaborate with other engineering teams, utilizing cutting-edge web technologies and methodologies to enhance Asana’s infrastructure and customer experience.
This role is based in our Vancouver office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. Along with most Asanas, you’ll work from this office in person on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays. If you’re interviewing for this role, your Talent Acquisition Partner will share more about the in-office requirements.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in both improving web application performance and ensuring feature scalability for Asana’s largest customers. You will tackle complex technical challenges, lead key initiatives, and mentor other engineers. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and effective communication.
