This role requires strong expertise across backend and frontend technologies, with a focus on building secure, scalable systems using .NET Core, modern JavaScript frameworks, and cloud platforms. You will play a critical role in delivering end-to-end solutions, from architecture to deployment, while contributing to innovation through the integration of AI/ML capabilities. As a senior team member, you will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions. You will also take ownership of code quality, mentor junior engineers, and drive best practices across the development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using C#, .NET Core, and modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular Build secure, high-performance backend services and APIs, ensuring reliability and maintainability Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces aligned with business and user needs Architect and deploy cloud-based solutions, ensuring scalability and efficiency across environments Integrate AI/ML capabilities into applications to enable intelligent, data-driven features Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and seamless deployments Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and ensure adherence to best practices Optimize application performance, scalability, and system reliability Mentor junior developers and contribute to team capability building Stay updated with emerging technologies in full-stack development, cloud, and AI/ML What Makes You a Great Fit Strong experience in full-stack development with expertise in C#, .NET Core, and Web APIs Proficiency in frontend technologies such as React or Angular, along with JavaScript/TypeScript Solid experience with relational databases like SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and modern development workflows Experience working with cloud platforms, especially AWS, including services for compute, storage, and databases Understanding of AI/ML frameworks and their application in real-world systems Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems design Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes is a plus Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on building scalable and maintainable systems Ability to work in Agile environments and collaborate effectively across teams Excellent communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
