You will be working in a feature team developing the phone interaction capabilities that enable seamless communication between practitioners and patients across Germany, France, and Italy.
Working in the tech team at Doctolib involves building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients. We work in feature teams in an agile environment, while collaborating with product, design, and business teams.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Ship cloud-native systems on Kubernetes and Cloud Services (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Set up and evolve CI/CD with GitHub Actions
  • Keep a high testing bar (unit, integration, e2e) and design for testability
  • Debug and improve distributed systems in production with strong observability

WHO YOU ARE

Before you read on — if you don’t have the exact profile described below, but you feel this job description matches your skill set, we still encourage you to apply.

  • You have experience with CI/CD (e.g., GitHub Actions)
  • You have a proven testing culture (unit/integration/e2e) and code quality focus

Now it would be fantastic if you have:

  • Experience with real-time communication systems (WebRTC, chat, streaming, or VoIP)
  • Exposure to telephony basics (SIP, RTP/SRTP, SBCs, SIP trunks)
  • Experience with event-driven architectures and message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ/NATS/Redis Streams)
