What you’ll achieve As a Senior Software Engineering Manager, you will direct the activities of a software development function for software application enhancements and new products. You will work with internal and external partners on the analysis, design, programming, debugging and modification of computer programs. Here’s what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements • Deep expertise in Kubernetes (vanilla & managed services such as EKS/GKE/AKS) and cloud‑native platform orchestration, including autoscaling and hybrid deployments • Strong leadership managing distributed data systems and heterogeneous database stacks (e.g., SingleStore, MongoDB, Redis, Druid) • Solid understanding of MLOps workflows, from model training through real‑time inference pipelines • Ability to conduct high‑level architecture reviews across Node.js/TypeScript, Python and modern SPA frameworks (e.g., Vue.js) • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field Desirable Requirements • 12–15 years of relevant industry experience • 4+ years of managerial experience Who we are We believe that each of us has the power to make an impact.
