QUALIFICATIONS

• 4+ years of professional frontend development experience using JavaScript, React, TypeScript, and CSS
• Strong experience building responsive, accessible, and performant web applications
• Hands-on experience with tools like Chrome Developer Tools for debugging and performance optimization
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines such as CircleCI is a plus
• Ability to collaborate effectively within Agile teams, contributing to sprint goals and KPIs
• Exposure to backend technologies like Node.js or familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL) is a plus but not required
• Experience building Chrome extensions is a bonus

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for awesome, well rounded engineers who want to take on big projects, collaborate closely with others, grow a lot, and help shape the future of the company. You will have a direct influence on product and technology solutions and help define our culture as we change how companies and teams sell.
Our engineering organization is split into product based squads. You’ll be joining one of these squads and working most closely with each engineer and product manager within the squad.
This is a hybrid position, which will require the ability to be onsite in our Kraków, Poland office as needed. Candidates must be based in Poland.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable frontend code using React, JavaScript, TypeScript, and CSS
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend engineers, to implement new features
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality user experience across browsers and devices
• Conduct code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering growth and development
• Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to ensure fast response times
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical strategy
• Actively engage in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and task estimation
• Document frontend designs and project tasks to maintain clarity and ensure maintainability
