THE OPPORTUNITY:

Working at Sitetracker as a Senior Project Manager, you won’t just oversee timelines—you’ll drive enterprise-level impact. This role is at the heart of aligning strategic goals with project execution, ensuring that initiatives deliver measurable business value across global teams. You’ll lead complex, cross-functional projects that span departments and time zones, breaking down silos and driving alignment among diverse stakeholders.
With a focus on delivery, reporting, and resource optimization, you’ll act as the trusted link between strategic vision and operational delivery. THE SKILLS YOU’LL HAVE:



    • Project Management

    • Will be able to at any one time handle several software projects implementation simultaneously (both waterfall and agile type at SME and Enterprise level customer) across multiple regions (ANZ & Asia) without losing focus or dropping the ball.
    • Can quickly assess urgency and impact to reallocate time and resources accordingly.
    • Will process data in multiple formats to generate report/dashboard required for the project monitoring
    • Will manage scoping and be able to balance expectations and needs of various stakeholders (internal and external) across regions.
    • Can analyse the “why” behind every issue/decision and propose initiatives to align them with long-term business goals.
    • Confidently presents to and influences C-level executives.
    • Uses analytics, KPIs, and real-time metrics to build dashboards, and/or presentation to steer decisions and show impact.

    Relationship Management

    • Ability to identify, map, and prioritize all relevant stakeholders (executives, business users, technical teams, vendors).
    • Builds trusted relationships by understanding stakeholder goals, pain points, and communication preferences.
    • Creates a unified project environment to promote transparency and shared ownership of goals and deliverables across multiple stakeholders
    • Has the ability to deliver clear, concise, and tailored communication across all levels, from end-users to C-suite.
    • Will effectively influence without authority by presenting data-driven insights, risks, and trade-offs.
    • Can unify misaligned teams and turn around strained relationships or at-risk projects.
    • Emphasises in creating long-lasting partnerships with stakeholders that extend beyond the lifecycle of a single project.

    Technical Aptitude

    • Demonstrates comfort at excelling in technical terminology to effectively bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
    • Savvy in using technical tools for project tracking and collaboration (e.g., Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
    • Have familiarity with cloud platforms (Salesforce) and the underlying deployment/data load concepts.
    • Has a sound grasp of data models, relational databases, and reporting tools
    • Will lead technically complex implementations involving salesforce cloud migration, custom development, and enterprise-wide integration.
    • Will demonstrate capability of conducting high-level architecture and discussions with senior engineers or solution architects.
    • Reads and understands technical documentation, architecture diagrams, APIs, and data flow designs.

    Process Design and Improvement

    • Understands workflows/business processes and Identifies pain points, bottlenecks, and redundancies
    • Drive collaboration with SMEs, users, and architects to validate the proposed changes/improvements
    • Can balance the need for global standardisation with necessary regional or legal customisations
    • Will facilitate workshops and discovery sessions across regions to co-design future processes.
    • Can build consensus and manage competing priorities between global and local teams.
    • Create tailored rollouts for countries with different change-readiness levels.
    • Look to establish governance models to maintain consistency and evolution

    You’ll be the go-to connector across teams, breaking down silos and keeping stakeholders aligned across time zones. You’ll own governance and reporting, provide sharp updates to execs, and ensure every project meets PMO standards.
    You’ll improve how we deliver, standardizing tools and processes to boost efficiency and visibility. With a focus on ROI and resource optimization, you’ll help make sure every initiative moves the needle and ensure our customers are set up for success on the Sitetracker platform
