POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software QA Analyst to lead end-to-end testing efforts across critical software systems. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire QA lifecycle including planning, testware development, execution, and reporting—ensuring high-quality product delivery. This role requires deep expertise in testing methodologies, automation tools, and performance profiling.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems)
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on QA experience in software testing and validation
• Proven experience with test planning, execution, and automation frameworks
• Strong knowledge of performance testing, load testing, and stress testing methodologies
• Proficiency in testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter, LoadRunner, Postman, etc.)
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and defect management tools (e.g., Jira)
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps environments
• Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• ISTQB or other relevant QA certifications

• Lead all aspects of functional, load, and stress testing across platforms and projects
• Define and drive test strategy, plans, and schedules aligned with project goals
• Conduct technical assessments and recommend tools for testing and profiling
• Handle tool installation, configuration, and integration into the development lifecycle
• Design, develop, and maintain reusable and efficient testware and test cases
• Execute automated and manual test scenarios and ensure traceability
• Identify, document, and communicate defects clearly and ensure resolutions
• Present clear and actionable test results to development and project teams
• Mentor junior QA staff and establish best practices within QA processes
