Position: Senior Software QA Analyst
Location: Remote (If on-site participation is needed (e.g., quarterly planning), the location is: 1401 Constitution Ave NW, Washington, DC 20032)

Clearance: Successfully adjudicated National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI)

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software QA Analyst to lead end-to-end testing efforts across critical software systems. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire QA lifecycle including planning, testware development, execution, and reporting—ensuring high-quality product delivery. This role requires deep expertise in testing methodologies, automation tools, and performance profiling.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems)
  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on QA experience in software testing and validation
  • Proven experience with test planning, execution, and automation frameworks
  • Strong knowledge of performance testing, load testing, and stress testing methodologies
  • Proficiency in testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter, LoadRunner, Postman, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and defect management tools (e.g., Jira)
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps environments
  • Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments (e.g., AWS, Azure)
  • ISTQB or other relevant QA certifications
