Xbox Game Studios is looking for a Senior Software Quality Engineer to join the Studios Quality organization in a role focused on compliance, platforms, and accessibility. This role will manage an established group of experienced Quality Engineers, supporting them in their individual career growth while also making strategic decisions that enable the team to deliver increased impact in support of our partners. The team is recently combined, bringing a collective of subject matter experts together—this role will have a critical part in helping to refine the shape and engagement model for the team going forward, leveraging the team’s experiences and building on the organizational foundations already in place. The scope of this role is unique, extending broadly across the first-party portfolio as well as delving deep into nuanced and continually evolving domains. As a member of the greater Studios Quality team, this role will also be part of a community of Quality Engineers, Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers focused on providing cutting-edge quality solutions for world-class products across Xbox Game Studios.
