Job Title Senior Software Technologist I/II - Test Automation (C#) Job Description You are responsible for Drive the implementation of Test Automation roadmap, including new tools and platforms Provide architectural blueprints and technical leadership to the team Communicate with stakeholders, escalate or remove impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement Gaining agreements on and achieving program goals and objectives, balancing, and managing the project scope (including requirements), schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risks for all sustaining program activities Leading diverse project team(s), empowering the team members to become efficient and effective. Building partnerships with the program stakeholders (both internal and external), leverage them to achieve organizational goals, and able to influence their opinions and negotiate effective solutions. Investigating customer expectations and responding to their feedback Monitoring program/project activities, appropriately balancing risk taking and issue escalation and setting up detailed progress / escalation reports (including suggested corrective actions) for the project steering team. Keeping knowledge up to date and translate new trends like Model Based Testing, AI towards our high-tech environment Coaching and mentoring team members on automation and processes. Having expertise in development, testing and debugging skills To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience 10+ years of proved experience in Software development/Test Automation in a complex high-tech environment Expertise in C#, knowledge on Python Knowledge of the latest trends in Test Automation Experience with GIT/Artifactory/ADS/C#/Specflow Experience with server-based applications Experience with setting up and maintaining a test automation infrastructure Strong quality drive Working in global team, with different cultures You have an improvement attitude, and you lead through example Good communication and documentation skills Good understanding/experience of the healthcare/Interoperability standards is advantage. Good understanding/experience in SAFe way of working Lead system testing activities on regulated medical devices and applies comprehensive knowledge of software quality concepts within the software development lifecycle.
