ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Senior Software Test Engineer to drive quality across our Digital and Identity platforms. You’ll lead the integration of automated testing within CI/CD pipelines, ensuring robust, secure, and scalable solutions. Working across the full SDLC, you’ll design and maintain test frameworks, guide best practices, and collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to deliver high-assurance outcomes. You’ll also mentor and guide peers and influence the overall software engineering operations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead and execute testing strategies, process improvements, and standards for deliverables
• Ensure appropriate types of testing are planned and executed throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Build quality, automation, and security into CI/CD pipelines using robust test frameworks
• Collaborate with the team to deliver both automated and manual tests aligned to delivery milestones
• Provide thought leadership in QA practices and continuously drive improvements
• Coach and mentor junior Test Engineers
