Welcome! Responsibilities: Test Case Design: Create comprehensive test cases and scripts to address business and technical use cases. Test Execution: Execute manual tests, track defects, and ensure that all identified issues are properly documented and communicated to the development team. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for the QA process, including test plans, test cases, and defect reports. Collaboration: Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other team members to understand requirements and ensure complete test coverage. Quality Assurance: Follow and implement best practices and standards for software testing to maintain high-quality standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields. Experience minimum of 2-5 years of experience in IT (Quality Assurance) and software testing or related fields. Proven experience in creating, executing, and maintaining test cases, including test plans and strategies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Basic knowledge of SQL and experience with database testing. Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies. Experience in Robot Framework/ Python/ SQL/ Unix / Shell Script/ Postman Growth with Tech leader company. Apply here!
