Tasks EN You play a key role in the strategic development and expansion of the company’s internal software solutions. You identify business requirements and define the scope and objectives of new software projects. You lead various development projects, take responsibility for creating technical concepts, and ensure their implementation. You actively participate in developing software solutions and take care of optimization and troubleshooting. You collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including internal departments, IT, marketing, and business units. Requirements EN A successfully completed degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience. Several years of experience in software development. Initial leadership experience in guiding a development team is a plus. Solid knowledge of ERP systems and related business processes. Strong expertise in SQL and database programming. Proficiency in programming languages such as C++ and/or C#. Experience with web services (REST/SOAP) is desirable. High level of motivation, commitment, and dedication in carrying out your tasks. Independent, structured, and responsible way of working. Strong analytical thinking skills combined with a high sense of quality.
