What We’re Looking For

  • At least 6 months– (in-home, canvassing, or virtual)
  • Confidence closing deals solo or with light setter support
  • High closing percentage, strong objection handling
  • Coachable, competitive, and ethical
  • Comfortable working commission-only and self-generating leads (or closing company ones)

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Existing team or rep base looking for a better home
  • Setter/closer model experience
  • Fluent in Spanish (not required but a plus)

Pay Structure

  • Commission-only: earn $2,000–$10,000+ per sale
  • Monthly pay range: $10K–$50K+
  • Bonuses and overrides available for team leaders
