The Role We’re looking for a Property Senior Solicitor or Associate to join our market-leading Property team in Tauranga. This position offers the opportunity to take an active role in advising clients across a broad mix of property and private client matters. You’ll work closely with partners while managing your own files and contributing to matters involving property transactions, trusts, asset protection, and estate planning. As a key member of the team, you’ll be trusted to run matters efficiently, support client relationships, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality legal advice. You’ll also collaborate with colleagues across the firm and, over time, play a role in mentoring junior lawyers and supporting the continued growth of the practice. What You’ll Bring 2–5 years’ PQE in property and private client law Experience managing or supporting a range of property transactions Strong drafting, communication and organisational skills Sound commercial judgement and attention to detail The ability to work independently while collaborating closely with senior team members A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering excellent client service Experience with trusts, estate planning or asset protection is advantageous Our Property Team (including Private Client) works incredibly well together and enjoys collaborating with other teams across the firm and our offices.
