FULL TIME, PERMANENT POSITION

We are looking for a proficient individual to join Talbots as Commercial Property Lawyer. To be successful, you will have a minimum of 5 years qualified experience.
As Lawyer within Commercial Property, you will be expected to offer advice on Commercial Property transactions and providing support to Corporate & Commercial colleagues in the sale and purchases of businesses operating from commercial premises.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• To be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive in Commercial Property.
• Have an excellent knowledge of relevant law and practice, including a proven track-record of the Conveyancing processes.
• Be detail-driven, have excellent communication skills and be a motivated & organised team-player.
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: From £60,000.00 per year
