THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a Senior Solicitor with a passion for Real Estate law to join our leading Digital Legal Delivery team in Sydney or Melbourne.
This role offers exposure to a wide range of blue-chip clients, innovative legal technology, and global strategic projects.

Responsibilities

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Delivering Digital’s real estate legal work, including high-volume leasing matters across commercial, industrial, and retail sectors, as well as supporting due diligence and transactions.
  • Providing excellent service to our clients.
  • Supervising and mentoring junior team members, providing regular feedback through structured coaching sessions.
  • Operating as a key client contact, you will build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple clients.
  • Collaborating with colleagues in different offices and different practice groups, as well as across our global network, to deliver high-quality work on complex and large-scale deals.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE:

  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Lawyer in a property or leasing practice.
  • A current unrestricted practicing certificate.
  • Leasing experience to include drafting and negotiating leases and related documents. Experience working in a high volume leasing practice will be highly regarded.
  • Strong academic results and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Solid technical legal skills, including drafting, negotiation and matter management skills.
  • Experience supervising juniors, and a natural passion for developing others and cultivating a team culture in line with our firm’s values.
