Responsibilities

As the (Senior) Solution Advisor (f/m/d) – Focus on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), you will be the go-to person within the sales team for any solution or product questions related to idea to market processes. Leveraging your deep expertise in SAP PLM solutions, you will support the full sales cycle, from supporting demand generation, identifying opportunities to post-sale customer engagement. Your responsibilities will include helping customers improve product lifecycle management, enhance innovation processes, and create smarter, more efficient solutions that drive value for their organization.

  • Provide deep process and solution-specific expertise in Product Lifecycle Management to support new sales and adoption for key customers.
  • Deliver both standard and customized/personalized solution demonstrations that showcase the innovation and efficiency of SAP’s PLM solutions like SAP Integrated Product Development (IPD), SAP Engineering Control Center (ECTR), SAP Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management (EPPM), PLM System Integration (PLM SI) or SAP S/4HANA for product compliance.
  • Support the Account Team by delivering solution presentations and events centered on PLM, driving the identification of new opportunities and adoption of SAP solutions.
  • Evaluate account qualification criteria to determine further investment in pursuing opportunities
  • Establish yourself as a thought leader within the account team and fine-tune account strategy.
  • Collaborate with the team in creating overall themes and competitive differentiation.
  • Conduct vigorous dry runs on strategic deals and customer engagements.
  • Transition engagement to implementation partner/ Services teams effectively.
  • Engage with customers to reinforce the vision of SAP solutions and ensure eagerness for renewal.
  • Leverage digital assets throughout the customer engagement, including demos, presentations, and other content.
