SENIOR SOLUTION ANALYST – UKG / HYBRID – MIRAMAR, FL OR ADDISON, TX

Location: Hybrid – Miramar, FL (Tuesday to Thursday onsite) or Addison, TX (as needed)
Contract Type: Full-Time Employee
Skill Set Required:Kronos Workforce Dimensions + UKG platform expertise + Agile methodologies

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business Analysis, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business or tech roles, working directly with non-IT functions.
  • Proven experience with Kronos Workforce Dimensions modules such as
  • Timekeeping, Absence, Accruals, Analytics
  • Kronos Integrations, Dell Boomi Platform
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC practices.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical system configurations.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder alignment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with BDD frameworks and acceptance test automation.
  • Familiarity with Outlook plugins and integrations within UKG/Kronos environments.
  • Exposure to enterprise platforms like SAP or Salesforce.
Responsibilities
  • Design and configure solutions within Kronos Workforce Dimensions and related UKG platforms.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) within the Solution Analyst team.
  • Define project requirements, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Serve as liaison between business teams and IT to align expectations and outcomes.
  • Document business and technical processes, and create training materials as needed.
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Lead gap analyses, process improvement initiatives, and incident resolution.
  • Support Behavior-Driven Design (BDD) processes and acceptance test automation.
