About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi Are you passionate about creating smart, scalable solutions that put our people at the heart of the experience? We’re looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to help lead change across our people and culture and corporate and finance systems. We are about to embark on a significant replacement of our payroll system; this is a key architectural role, bringing together our solution provider, system integrators and wider ACC teams to deliver a cohesive end-to-end architecture. This is a permanent, Wellington based role. About you | Mōu You'll have proven experience working within corporate systems, specifically with payroll and HCM systems, delivering integrated customer centric solutions Deep knowledge of payroll and integrating into wider eco-systems Experience collaborating with both business and technical teams to deliver clear, scalable architectural outcomes A passion for user-centered design and a commitment to improving business performance through smart tech Proficient in creating architectures that can be easily understood by key stakeholders You're someone who can collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders bringing together diverse points of view Familiarity with SAFe principles and agile architecture Strong interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skills Proven experience in the delivery of complex architectures with an appreciation of the working components across architectural domains Sound understanding of architectural principles, practices and processes as applied in the delivery of fit for purpose enterprise solutions Working at ACC | Mō ACC At ACC, we embrace the rich tapestry of Aotearoa New Zealand’s cultures and are dedicated to providing equitable opportunities.
