Description

The Solution Architect will act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for engaging internal stakeholders, understanding requirements, and delivering cost-effective, timely solutions. Key responsibilities include: Develop and maintain strong internal customer relationships with a “Go Extra Mile” approach. Analyze business context, trends, and enterprise architecture to define future-state solutions and optimize application and technology portfolios. Define technology domains, standards, guidelines, and design patterns to guide enterprise-wide decisions. Lead high-level migration plans bridging current and future business capabilities, technology, applications, and data. Assess current business capabilities and technology, recommend improvements, and analyze industry trends for enterprise impact. Provide leadership to solution teams, guiding innovative, cost-effective solutions and ensuring architecture compliance. Oversee or consult on technology implementation, project alignment, and EA updates to support business and IT needs. Facilitate research, evaluation, and selection of applications, hardware, and software, including Build/Buy decisions and costing analysis. Deliver solution designs, cost estimates, and business case support for bank-level initiatives. Identify organizational and financial impacts of enterprise architecture changes. Document architecture work, including assessments, postmortems, and peer reviews. Focus Areas: Banking/FinTech solutions, enterprise architecture, technology optimization, cost-effective solution design, stakeholder management. Minimum of 5 years of architecture, solution design and implementation experience in IT, with a deep knowledge in a minimum of 2 years of the following business and technical disciplines in banking applications, network design, application development, middleware, servers and storage, database management, and operations. Strong software development background is required. - 50 Percent of the Salary in USD -Social and medical insurance -Transportation -Internet package
