Axiom World is seeking a highly experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead the review, design, and optimization of enterprise systems and infrastructure. This role requires strong expertise in architecture, integration, and governance within large-scale and complex environments.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in software and enterprise architecture
• Strong knowledge of software development, integration patterns, and Agile practices
• Proven experience in large and complex government organizations
• Familiarity with UAE real estate and/or government regulations (preferred)
• Arabic speaking is a plus

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assess system design, architecture, and integration models
• Review service workflows, business rules, and operational processes
• Evaluate infrastructure, hosting environments, and scalability strategies
• Analyze development and deployment practices including CI/CD pipelines
• Review support models, ticket logs, and incident handling protocols
• Lead customer and employee experience analysis through usability testing and feedback sessions
• Assess documentation, governance models, and change control practices
