SENIOR SOLUTION ARCHITECT

Responsibilities

As a Senior Solution Architect at BearingPoint, you will design leading solutions and will be at the forefront of setting the technology direction for our clients and our practice:

  • Design and Innovate: Work with our clients to understand their business needs and articulate how technology can be applied to solve problems.
  • Set the Direction: You will set the strategic direction for our team and our clients supporting them on their journey.
  • Lead: Work closely with clients to lead the design and delivery phases for projects as overall technical solution lead.
  • Plan: Contribute to the creation of implementation plans for the successful delivery of our solutions to clients. Support our teams in the delivery of these plans
  • Develop Blueprints: Lead the architectural blueprint considering the functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Inspire: Play an active role within our team advancing the practice, tools and technologies we use. Be a thought leader within the team and inspire others to do the same.
  • Collaborate: Collaborate and contribute across the practice and the organisation contributing to community of interests supporting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement in what we do.
  • Business Development: Play an active role supporting business development by leading and participating in customer sales and presales activities to propose, shape and estimate solutions.
  • Mentor: Support and mentor others within the team and provide feedback on solution architectures and designs.
  • Manage: Be a people manager, responsible for career development and performance management fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
