Job Description Role: We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Solution Architect to join our Architecture CoE team in the APAC region. In this role, you will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to design, evaluate, and steer scalable, modern digital solutions built on cloud platforms, enterprise IT systems, and emerging technologies. Responsibilities : End-to-End Architecture Design: Collaborate with business solution teams to design architectures aligned with system requirements and enterprise standards, ensuring security, scalability, modularity, and operational excellence. Implementation Leadership: Drive solutions across all phases - from concept and prototyping to final rollout—in seamless coordination with cross-functional development teams. Innovation & Emerging Tech: Explore and actively apply advanced technologies, such as Large Language Models (LLMs) and agent-based frameworks, to drive innovation and system automation. Technical Guidance & Quality Assurance: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, including reviewing software deliverables to ensure high quality and architectural alignment. Documentation: Maintain thorough and comprehensive documentation of solution architectures, design decisions, and implementation details to support development, operations, and future maintenance. Qualifications Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Experience: 10-15 years of relevant experience in Software Development Mandatory/requires Skills : Certified in Enterprise Architecture Frameworks and Standards (e.g., TOGAF). Deep proficiency in the Microsoft tech stack (e.g..NET framework), RDBMS (Oracle, MS SQL Server), and front-end frameworks (Angular). Strong expertise in architecting and designing scalable, reliable digital solutions and mobile applications within custom, non-SAP development environments. Technical leadership in application development is required; experience with native mobile development (iOS/Android/Hybrid) is highly desirable. Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), microservices, APIs, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Communication & Influence: Excellent presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and steer technical discussions with customers in the right direction. Problem-Solving: Strong team player with a proactive, analytical approach to overcoming technical hurdles. High capability to work effectively and independently.
