This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Solution Architect - Customer Success in North America. This role offers a unique opportunity to guide enterprise customers through their entire AI journey, from initial solution design and technical discovery to hands-on implementation and optimization. You will work closely with clients to understand their business challenges, architect custom AI solutions, and ensure successful deployment in complex environments. The position requires both strategic and technical expertise to deliver impactful results, drive customer success, and influence product improvements. You will collaborate across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams while shaping reference architectures that scale across organizations. This role blends innovation, technical depth, and customer engagement in a fast-moving, high-impact environment. The work is primarily remote with travel for workshops and deployments as needed. \n Accountabilities: Design and architect AI solutions tailored to customer business objectives, including prototypes and production-ready deployments. Lead technical workshops, training sessions, and hackathons to empower customer teams and enable AI adoption. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver solutions aligned with client needs and platform capabilities. Oversee platform deployment, configuration, and scaling in customer environments, ensuring security, performance, and reliability. Develop custom workflow solutions and optimize infrastructure across Kubernetes-based environments on AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-premises. Continuously monitor and refine deployments for cost-effectiveness, performance, and resilience. Advocate for customers by providing feedback to Product and Engineering to influence roadmap and product enhancements. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical implementation, or enterprise software delivery. Advanced expertise in Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and containerization. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Node.js, or Go, with hands-on software engineering experience. Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL. Experience building effective prototypes, demos, and production-ready solutions. Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to executive and engineering audiences. Expertise in generative AI and specialization in AI/ML pipelines, API design, data engineering, vector/graph databases, or AI model orchestration.
