EXPERIENCE

Above all we are looking for new colleagues with an insatiable curiosity in data, technology and self-development on a senior level. We don’t look for the sheep with the 5 legs. We believe that if you are a good solution architect you are capable to work as a specialist and generalist. There is absolutely no need to tick all of below mentioned boxes but it gives you an idea of which topics are important to us:

• You proficiency in metadata tools like Collibra, Informatica.
• You have extensive experience in IT architecture, with deep knowledge of designing and implementing IT architectures, including cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
• You possess expertise in data governance, with a thorough understanding of data governance principles, including data quality, metadata management, and data protection.
• You are proficient with technical tools and technologies for data management, such as data catalogs, data lineage tools, and data quality platforms.
• You have in-depth knowledge of compliance and regulations and experience implementing compliance measures.
• You excel in stakeholder management, with the ability to collaborate with and manage expectations of various stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
• You have strong problem-solving abilities, with excellent analytical skills and the capability to solve complex problems with innovative solutions.
• You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• You have leadership experience, with a track record of leading and coaching teams, and fostering a culture of data responsibility within the organization.
• You think strategically, with the ability to develop strategic plans that align with business objectives and the long-term vision of the organization.
