Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Solution Architect to join a Digital Services and Connectivity organization focused on shaping the future of connected products and services. In this role, you will drive architectural decisions across digital platforms, vehicle connectivity solutions, and cloud-based services. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Software Engineers, and Enterprise Architects to define scalable, secure, and future-proof solutions that support long-term business objectives. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Software Engineers, and Enterprise Architects during early product phases to define architectural solutions. Produce architecture and design artifacts including: High-level solution designs Detailed technical specifications Database schemas System workflows Ensure security and compliance requirements are incorporated into all proposed solutions. Communicate architectural decisions and provide guidance to development teams. Support requirement clarification together with stakeholders and business representatives. Align technical solutions with long-term strategic roadmaps and organizational goals. Drive adoption of AI and emerging technologies within the domain. Lead cross-functional architecture initiatives and facilitate collaboration across teams. Define and champion domain vision and contribute to roadmap planning together with Product Owners and key stakeholders. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. Minimum 10 years of experience within IT and software development. At least 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect, Lead Architect, or similar role. Proven experience leading architecture initiatives and influencing technical direction. Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies, SAFe, and DevSecOps. Experience working with connectivity, telematics, or distributed digital service platforms. Experience designing microservices-based architectures. Strong knowledge of high-volume systems, scalability, performance optimization, and reliability engineering. Solid understanding of computer networking principles. Technical Competencies Java Spring Boot JMS / Messaging technologies Linux Relational databases NoSQL databases Cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure) Serverless technologies Microservices architecture Security-by-design principles Preferred Experience Experience within connected products, IoT, automotive connectivity, telecommunications, or large-scale digital platforms.
