Cloud Transformation & Innovation

• Responsibility for international cloud and infrastructure projects and management of cloud migrations as well as automation and standardization initiatives.
• Expansion and further development of our global multi-cloud platforms (MS Azure and AWS)

Digital Workplace & Collaboration

• Further development of the global Microsoft 365 and Copilot landscape
• Identification and implementation of modern AI, automation and assistance tools

Identity, Security & Governance

• Responsibility for Identity & Access Management, Security and Compliance
• Establishment of zero-trust architectures and support of the global cybersecurity strategy

Cloud Operations & Resilience

• Ensuring stable, scalable and highly available cloud services
• Further development of backup, recovery and disaster recovery concepts

Business Partnership & Internal Consulting

• Strategic collaboration with the specialist departments and the global IT teams of the Wirtgen Group and John Deere
• Consulting on transformation initiatives and implementation of sustainable technology solutions

You bring the following:

• Successfully completed Master's degree (M.Sc.) in (Industrial) Engineering, (Industrial) Informatics, Cyber ​​Security, Data Science, Software Engineering or a comparable field of study
• You are a technically minded graduate (m/f/d) or already a young professional and ready to take on responsibility early and grow professionally quickly.
• Ideally, you have some initial practical experience with Microsoft 365, cloud technologies, IT security, or the Microsoft Power Platform.
• You have a strong enthusiasm for new technologies and innovations.
• Analytical thinking, a high willingness to learn, and a structured and solution-oriented work style.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Good German and English skills
