Description

Architect and lead end-to-end solutions using Automation (RPA/IPA/Hyperautomation), AI/ML, and modern software engineering. Collaborate with product owners, business leads, and engineering teams to convert business needs into robust technical architectures. Define reference architectures, reusable patterns, and best practices for automation and AI solution deployments. Evaluate and integrate AI platforms, LLMs, MLOps pipelines, and intelligent workflow orchestration systems. Ensure architectural compliance with security, scalability, performance, and cloud governance requirements. Guide delivery teams with detailed solution designs, integration models, and data strategy (APIs, event-driven architecture, data pipelines). Drive modernization of existing applications through cloud-native and microservices approaches. Conduct technology assessments, POCs, and vendor tool evaluations. Provide strategic thought leadership on AI adoption, automation transformation roadmaps, and continuous improvement. Mentor architects, engineers, and automation teams in best practices and advanced solution techniques. RPA platforms Process mining & discovery tools Business workflow orchestration Proficiency in AI & Data: LLMs, NLP, ML model lifecycle, MLOps Microservices, API-first, event-driven architectures Cloud-native development on AWS/Azure/GCP DevOps / CI-CD automation Strong understanding of cybersecurity, IAM, governance and compliance frameworks. Ability to create high-quality architectural documents (HLD/LLD). Good thought leadership and articulation is a must.
