The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in artificial intelligence, to help solve complex challenges in patient care, data management, and operational efficiency.
As part of a collaborative AI team, you will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and healthcare stakeholders to architect systems that leverage machine learning, predictive analytics, and advanced data processing. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to transformative healthcare solutions while working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years as a Solution Architect or similar role, with at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience designing AI/ML-based systems.
  • AI Expertise: Proven track record of architecting solutions that incorporate artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data analytics, preferably in healthcare or a regulated industry.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their AI/ML services (e.g., SageMaker, Azure ML, TensorFlow on GCP).
  • Strong understanding of system design principles, microservices architecture, and API integration.
  • Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and big data tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka).
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or R for prototyping or integration purposes.
  • Healthcare Knowledge: Exposure to healthcare IT systems, EHR/EMR integration, or HIPAA compliance is highly desirable.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree or certifications a plus).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Collaborate with the AI team to translate business requirements into robust architectural designs, focusing on healthcare-specific use cases such as patient data analytics, clinical decision support, or operational optimization.
  • Develop and document solution blueprints, including system diagrams, data flows, and integration strategies, tailored to healthcare compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA).
  • Lead the selection and implementation of appropriate technologies, frameworks, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to support AI-driven applications.
  • Provide technical guidance to developers, data engineers, and AI specialists during the implementation of designed solutions.
  • Ensure solutions align with industry best practices, healthcare regulations, and organizational goals, including data privacy and interoperability standards.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, algorithms, and infrastructure to enhance AI model deployment and performance in production environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve architectural challenges related to system integration, data pipelines, and AI workflows.
  • Stay current on emerging trends in AI, cloud architecture, and healthcare technology to propose innovative solutions.
