Provide technical guidance for platform operations, excluding administrative IT tasks. Champion internal awareness programs and training sessions focused on compliance and document governance. Offer strategic advice to internal departments on best practices for data lifecycle, retention management, system migrations, and archiving. Your profile Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Science, Computer Science, or a related field. Certified Information Professional (CIP) is strongly preferred. Brings 7+ years of experience in document lifecycle management, records management, compliance, or regulated industries (e.g., Pharma).
