Join us to help shape the future of our enterprise applications. \n Accountabilities Lead the architecture and implementation of Salesforce solutions to support global marketing and sales operations. Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical designs that align with enterprise architecture. Oversee Salesforce architecture to ensure optimal performance, maintainability, and extensibility. Collaborate with stakeholders from Sales, Marketing, and IT to ensure capabilities meet business objectives. Direct integration efforts between Salesforce and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow. Establish and enforce development standards, configuration best practices, and platform governance. Mentor developers and solution consultants, fostering innovation and excellence. Support organizational change management, including knowledge transfer, training, and enablement sessions for key users. Drive continuous improvement through performance optimization, automation, and adoption of emerging technologies. Requirements 10+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture, including at least 5 years specializing in Salesforce. Proven success leading large-scale Salesforce implementations across multiple business units. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and REST/SOAP APIs. Experience integrating Salesforce CPQ with ERP systems and other key applications. Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, CPQ Specialist, Technical Architect) highly preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence at all organizational levels. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a customer-first mindset. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related discipline.
