As a Senior Solutions Consultant within the European Treasury and Capital Markets team, you will be directly contributing to supporting sales with expert consulting, client-facing engagement, and product demonstrations. You will develop a reputation for deep product expertise on Fusion Summit and business knowledge in post-trade operations, and become a trusted adviser for Sales and Client alike. You will be proactively engaging with our broad customer base as well as prospects to drive business opportunities in the region. As a senior Global Solutions Consultant, you will be helping banks transform their technology, simplify their system architecture, and streamline their operating model to achieve cost reduction and to support growth. Responsibilities & Deliverables You will be owning presales engagement on our Fusion Summit product for all Operations (this includes back office, regulatory reporting, collateral management, accounting). Proactively engage with the sales teams, customers, partners and prospects to drive business opportunities through our go to market campaigns Collaborate with sales representatives throughout the sales lifecycle which may include exploratory meetings, demonstrations, workshops, system audits and gap analysis to assure consistency of messages. Participate in on-site and virtual discovery sessions with new sales opportunities and/or existing client base, and drive the qualification process Present our value proposition and demonstrate our solution to customers, partners and prospects May maintain and update demonstration environment to ensure complete and accurate data, accounts, product set, and system parameters. Position Finastra solutions against competitors’ strategies, highlighting unique selling points and value to customers Work collaboratively and closely with the sales, product management and services teams Identify and engage with Fintechs and banking ecosystem in general to address new industry challenges and enrich our platform offer FusionFabric.Cloud and propose new partnerships to better support our clients Keep up with market evolutions (regulation, market infrastructure, business best-practices, strategic market direction) and internal product roadmap and deliveries Travel up to 20% work time in Europe on short term assignments Required Experience and Skills Experience in the Capital Markets domain, working for financial software vendor(s) and/or for bank(s), experience working with Summit solution, or similar solution and strong appetite to learn Proven domain expert in Capital Markets with experience of designing solutions in complex banking infrastructures and dealing with multiple stakeholders Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, interpersonal skills, and professional presentation skills. Confident in articulating the business values to a varied audience Self-motivated / Self-starter Keen in establishing senior level business relationships & developing new business Prior experience of delivering sales demos and/or working on leading trading and risk software is a prerequisite.
