WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Senior Solution Consultant (SC) at Nuix, you will play a pivotal role in the post-sales process, leading the technical configuration part of client implementations. You will work closely with our customers and technical teams to implement and optimize solutions that meet our customers’ needs. This role involves both working as part of a larger team on implementation projects and acting as the sole technical contact person when required.
The SC proactively assesses the business and technical needs of our current and prospective customers and possesses the skills to articulate and demonstrate the compelling value of the Nuix platform. This role owns all technical activities involved in the Post-Sale engagement, from solution design and deployment to ongoing services and long-term client projects
