TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Experience with infrastructure scaling and enterprise infrastructure components.
  • Proficiency in scripting and coding in various languages.
  • Knowledge of technologies such as ElasticSearch, Kubernetes, MS365 connector, SQL databases, Keycloak configuration, and Docker.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

  • Proven experience as a Solution Consultant, Solution Architect, or in a similar post-sales role.
  • Strong technical background with experience in both on-premises and SaaS software.
  • 5 years’ minimum experience in eDiscovery/Digital Forensics/Law enforcement/Government within the Big 4, including experience with industry standards for Processing, Analyzing, and Reviewing data.
  • Experience with using, deploying, supporting and troubleshooting one or more of the following platforms: Nuix, EnCase, FTK, Magnet, Axcelerate, Relativity, Clearwell, Concordance.
  • Experience with infrastructure scaling and enterprise infrastructure components.
  • Proficiency in scripting and coding in various languages.
  • Knowledge of technologies such as ElasticSearch, Kubernetes, MS365 connector, SQL databases, Keycloak configuration, and Docker.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Nuix experience is strongly desired.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both highly technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
  • High energy, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think critically and proactively solve problems.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail in all client interactions.
  • Background in one or many of the forensic, law-enforcement, eDiscovery, and investigation industries is a strong benefit but not required.
  • Fluency in German and English is required; proficiency in a third language is a plus.
  • Ability to travel, mostly within the DACH region.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As a Senior Solution Consultant (SC) at Nuix, you will play a pivotal role in the post-sales process, leading the technical configuration part of client implementations. You will work closely with our customers and technical teams to implement and optimize solutions that meet our customers’ needs. This role involves both working as part of a larger team on implementation projects and acting as the sole technical contact person when required.
The SC proactively assesses the business and technical needs of our current and prospective customers and possesses the skills to articulate and demonstrate the compelling value of the Nuix platform. This role owns all technical activities involved in the Post-Sale engagement, from solution design and deployment to ongoing services and long-term client projects

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer Engagement: Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and design tailored solutions that address their needs.
  • Technical Proficiency: Learn and maintain expert knowledge of Nuix solutions and workflows, including deployment, and best practices.
  • Technical Leadership: Lead the technical configuration part of client implementations, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and effective.
  • Solution Implementation: Develop comprehensive Nuix solution designs that incorporate enterprise infrastructure components and address potential challenges.
  • Implementation Support: Actively participate in the deployment and configuration of solutions, ensuring they meet customer expectations and are delivered on time.
  • Customer Support: Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing technical guidance and support throughout the implementation and optimization process.
  • Technical Presentations: Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to customers, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of Nuix.com solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, and support teams to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into product development.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation to support solution designs and implementations.
  • Basic Project Management: Utilize basic project management skills to work independently on client projects when necessary.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide cutting-edge solutions to customers.
