What will you contribute?


The Principal Solutions Consultant is the Kondor subject-matter lead for Global Solution Consulting in the Americas, partnering with Sales to shape complex Treasury and Capital Markets opportunities into commercially viable solutions that support revenue growth and customer value.

The role combines bank treasury expertise, Kondor product knowledge, consultative discovery, solution design, value articulation, and demonstration leadership while coordinating Product, Services, Managed Services, Security, Commercial, partners, and other specialists around the client’s objectives.


General Profile

  • Leads solution consulting for strategic Kondor opportunities, applying treasury, capital markets, fintech, and competitive insight to shape Teciem’s response.
  • Acts as a trusted advisor through discovery, workshops, demonstrations, RFIs/RFPs, proofs of concept, and commercial support.


Business Expertise

  • Demonstrates deep understanding of financial institution operations and the priorities of treasury, markets, risk, operations, finance, and technology stakeholders.
  • Provides relevant market, customer, competitive, and field intelligence internally to improve product positioning, go-to-market execution, and opportunity strategy.


Leadership

  • Provides solution leadership without formal people-management responsibility, creating clarity, ownership, and momentum across virtual opportunity teams.


Problem Solving

  • Leads structured discovery and fit-gap analysis to solve complex client problems and identify viable functional, technical, operational, and commercial options.
  • Exercises judgment when balancing customer requirements, product capability, roadmap direction, deployment constraints, implementation risk, and deal objectives.
  • Identifies assumptions, dependencies, risks, and gaps early, and mobilizes the appropriate specialists to validate the proposed response.


Product Expertise

  • Applies deep Kondor and industry knowledge to design and position front-to-back treasury solutions across trading, position management, risk and control, operations, accounting, settlement, reporting, and integration, as relevant to the opportunity.
  • Positions Kondor Up, cloud, managed services, APIs, Blueprints, modernization, and evergreening options where these support the client’s target operating model.
  • Maintains current knowledge of Kondor product capabilities, releases, roadmap direction, strategic differentiators, adjacent Teciem solutions, and the competitive landscape.


Opportunity Complexity and Influence

  • Supports strategic opportunities with material revenue potential, complex evaluation criteria, multiple stakeholders, or significant importance to customer retention and growth.
  • Builds trusted relationships with client decision-makers, business users, technology leaders, and evaluators, and anticipates their needs, questions, feedback, and objections.
  • Influences solution direction and evaluation criteria through evidence-based discovery, tailored value propositions, compelling demonstrations, and clear articulation of business outcomes.
