Responsibilities

As a Senior Solution Customer Success Manager (f/m/d) (S-CSM) for SAP Business AI, you will act as a trusted advisor to assigned accounts in your Market Unit maximizing customer lifetime value by driving consumption of AI units and focusing on value driven business outcomes. You will leverage your expertise in the specific solution area from identifying consumption demand, setting up AI adoption initiatives for SAP’s broad Business AI portfolio to supporting customers post-sale.

  • Build deep executive relationships and earn trusted advisor status with customers
  • Identify new opportunities for customers to leverage new or expanded SAP solutions
  • Mitigate churn and manage renewals of SAP solutions/services
  • Identify sales leads and support sales in expansion and upsell efforts
  • Manage through crisis and de-escalate customer situations
  • Drive renewals, expansions, and up-sells of subscription or perpetual license-based solutions
  • Advising stakeholders on best practices and strategies for data management, data governance, and AI implementation.
