Senior Solution Delivery Manager
As a Senior Solution Delivery Manager (SDM), you will be essential to the
successful growth of our Professional Services business. You will partner with our
Sales team to position best-fit solutions from our Professional Services teams. This
role gives you challenging opportunities to help clients design, build and deploy
applications at the speed of low-code on the OutSystems platform. You will work
with high-performing global teams and with our partner ecosystem to solve
interesting and innovative challenges across a wide range of companies and
industries. As a Sr. SDM, you will help enable customers and partners to take
advantage of the OutSystems AI powered low-code platform to accelerate change
and transform their businesses. We need an experienced high-performer to be the
cornerstone of this team as we move forward.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Sales Team and our partner ecosystems to understand the

customer’s business goals, process challenges, and functional requirements

  • Lead the scoping, sizing, estimating, and proposing for OutSystems

professional services engagements

  • Create Statements of Work for professional service engagements and

execute sales order process

  • Provide management oversight of professional service engagements you sell
  • Own the customer’s adoption journey from the pre-sales stage through Time

to First Value (TTFV) and ultimately the go-live date

  • Grow the regional services pipeline and drive consumption of the services

backlog

  • Provide regular forecasts of services bookings and services revenue
  • Manage a large portfolio of customers and projects that vary in use-case,

industry and size while acting as a key player in add-on services and

renewals

  • Be innovative, make a positive impact and advocate the company culture on

each interaction with your team, the company and our customers

  • Identify and develop delivery partners and create joint value proposals for

customers

  • Exceed Services Sales quotas

Requirements

  • Experience positioning services and solutions into various verticals
  • 5 or more years of experience in a customer facing role related to software

implementations

  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • AI Awareness; AI experience is a plus
  • Excellent ability to understand and communicate complex business and

technical subjects to Management and Technical audiences

  • Comfortable leading business and technical discovery sessions, scoping, and

providing accurate estimates for the cost of delivery to define a statement of

work

  • Experience in a Professional Services role in the past with a track record of

consistently delivering projects

  • Previous success growing service bookings and accurately forecasting

services revenue

  • Action-oriented with a result-driven attitude to drive successful

engagements

  • Ability to work across geographies and cultures
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience) or higher
  • Intellectual curiosity
  • Sense of humor
  • PMP, PCI-ACP and SCM is a plus
