Tasks As a Senior Solution Designer Health Data Management (m/f/d), you will be involved in many digitization initiatives for our healthcare customers. You will design, advise, and support our customers on their journey to a digitized healthcare system. In doing so, you will take on the following exciting tasks: Development and design of innovative digital health solutions, embedded in our digital health strategy Developing a portfolio of clinical data repositories and value-added services (analytics, data platforms) for hospitals and clinical research Creating architectural concepts and documentation for bids and tenders Demonstrating functionalities and presenting solution concepts in customer meetings Providing technical advice and support for the implementation of data-driven projects in the healthcare industry Technical and commercial design of modern solutions for customers in the areas of service providers and cost bearers Ensuring the appropriate standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7) and compliance with regulations (e.g., GDPR) in the processing of sensitive health data Identification of customer needs together with the sales department Analysis and strategic processing of market and customer needs Evaluation of new technologies and methods for optimizing health data management Profile You have a degree in IT and/or business administration or comparable professional experience in the medical field. You are proficient in the technologies - but can also think from our customers' business perspective. In addition, you have a confident manner at the decision-maker level, are solution- and implementation-oriented, decisive, entrepreneurial, and strategic. You also have the following experience and knowledge: At least 5 years of professional experience in the IT/telecommunications industry, including at least 3 years in healthcare, with a focus on the design and implementation of digital health solutions and solution architectures in on-premise and cloud platform environments Proven knowledge of core processes, relevant applications, and reference architectures in the German healthcare system Experience in designing integration architectures and interoperability between the various participants in healthcare system landscapes Knowledge of healthcare-specific data formats such as HL7/FHIR, OMOP, xDT, or openEHR Experience in designing and implementing technical solutions for players in the German healthcare sector Understanding of data protection and regulatory requirements in the healthcare sector Experience in customer relationship management Very good German and English This position is also available on a part-time basis.
