We deliver it. · Be Accountable and Expect Accountability. · Raise Your Hand or Be Willing to Extend it Role summary We are seeking a Solution Engineer (Sales Engineer/Solution Consultant) for our client who will be responsible for presenting product offerings in a value-driven way to prospects and customers, with the end goal is to instill confidence in the technology and to remove all technical objections in the pre-sales efforts. To accomplish this, the Solution Engineer must have a strong desire to leverage their technical and/or sales skills, including the ability to solicit business requirements, develop a technical sales strategy, configure and effectively demonstrate the solutions that address these requirements and provide business value. Responsibilities Support the sales team in their campaigns by helping identify, quantify, and capture org value proposition and best solution that solves the customer’s challenges. Build and demonstrate the org platform that align with the customer’s needs. Conduct discovery sessions to potential clients alongside the sales team. Directly engage internal and external stakeholders in client-facing environments via demos and presentations. Configure Salesforce for custom demonstrations to showcase specific capabilities and enhancing standard demos for use by internal team members. Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management. Answer RFPs effectively. Experience Salesforce Platform Experience Experience selling Salesforce solutions or implementing Salesforce. Proficient in building Salesforce Flows. B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent relevant experience required Database and/or SQL Experience Knowledge of related applications, relational databases, and web technology Solid oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied environments AI and/or Agentforce Experience Ability to travel domestically (1-2x per month). Preferred Qualifications: Experience working within a legal department or with legal departments Previous experience as a solution/sales engineer for a CRM company, legal technology, or legal technology company Previous experience as a Salesforce Consultant Salesforce Certifications Work Model – Hybrid Employment Type - Full-time Salary - The estimated salary range for this role is $150,000-$175,000 total compensation, inclusive of a base salary and a bonus component.
