As a Senior ServiceNow Consultant, you will:

  • Configure and implement ServiceNow modules, either as part of new rollouts, enhancements, or feature additions;
  • Lead and animate client workshops to understand needs and co-design the right solutions;
  • Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical configurations;
  • Customize modules when required, in line with ServiceNow best practices;
  • Provide end-to-end training and support to end-users and key stakeholders;
  • Mentor and guide junior team members on both technical and functional topics;
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, or improvement opportunities in your scope of work;
  • You will work in a collaborative environment with a high level of autonomy, empowered to deliver value and innovation to your clients.

CORE EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow configuration and development (ITSM, CSM, CMDB/ITOM, …)
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow administration and customization practices (App Engine)
  • Proven experience in unit testing and awareness of structured testing approaches
  • Ability to convert complex functional needs into technical specifications
  • Comfortable with both “out-of-the-box” implementations and tailored customizations
