Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional team, ensuring alignment with business goals and effective communication with customers and stakeholders.
  • Define and deliver solutions that meet project goals, budgets, and timelines while applying and enhancing business analysis methodologies.
  • Manage incident and problem resolution processes to minimize disruptions and ensure customers are kept informed throughout.
  • Optimize resource planning and team utilization, identifying opportunities to improve business processes and solutions.
  • Maintain clear, accurate documentation and keep stakeholders updated throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with other teams to align practices with enterprise initiatives and drive continuous improvement across Metcash.
