◆Senior Solution Specialist Managerについて 本ポジションは営業本部長(1st line sales manager)となります。担当頂く業界の営業予算をもち、ビジネスプロセスソリューション(主要製品:Dynamics 365、Agent-Copilot Studio/Power Platform)のご提案を頂きます。お客様のエグゼクティブレベルとのエンゲージを自ら行い、チームをリード頂きます。また本社エンジアリング部門や本社組織との連携によるビジネススケール、ストラテジーの立案、異なる文化及び各組織とEngageしながら、より大きな成果、仕組み作りを出来るポジションとなります。更に自らマーケット及びエコシステムを作り上げることも期待されます。 高いレベルでのインターパーソンスキル及び新しいものを作り出す創造性が要求されますが、お客様のビジネス課題に対して、 課題解決に貢献できる最前線の本部かつ、その営業リーダーポジションです。 Create hyper growth sales team to overachieve sales targets and create ecosystem Create sales strategy to penetrated and unpenetrated customers​ Develop teams Solution Sales skills to sell the business outcomes of the broader Business Applications platform in the context of agentic approach​ Drive and focus cross solution. Ensure orchestration among sales team and other teams engaging with the customer (e.g. partners, services, engineering, support as well ar corporate team etc.) Deliver on forecast with high level of fidelity and accuracy.​ High levels of operational excellence. Ensure appropriate 4 quarter qualified pipeline in place by workload/solution.​​ ​ Coach sellers with a "challenger mentality and growth mindset" by prompting them to engage early and lead with new insights on how to grow the customers' business. Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience in Business Administration or Business Management or Industry related discipline Proficient in both spoken and written Japanese. Business level in both spoken and written English. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across various customer stakeholders, e.g. CIO, CFO, CMO, VP of Sales, etc. ​ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Selling software-as-a-service or cloud-based business applications to enterprise customers.​ Demonstrated passion and commitment for customer success. ​ Leading multi-million-dollar business app deals requiring orchestration of large, dispersed, virtual teams composed of industry, solution, technical, licensing & legal team members.​ Experience leading, managing and coaching sales teams to overperform against targets.​ Specific Industry knowledge This is a senior-level position hence managerial experience will be strongly prioritized
