Description

Develop technology systems that support business partner data and analytical needs, including components such as interactive dashboards, visualizations, data blending and transformation routines. Develop processes and tools to enable access to data for analytical purposes. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Human Resources Management, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field plus five (5) years of experience in analytics, consulting, or a related data and quantitative field. Must have five (5) years of experience in each of the following (experience may be gained concurrently): Preparing relevant data visualizations and build data-driven summaries of results for presentation to business partners Sourcing, cleaning, and analyzing complex data sets that link data from a variety of sources Interviewing business to collect requirements, formulate and define system scope and objectives Provide direction and over-sight of off-shore resource(s) in order to deliver timely and accurately BI and Data Visualization SQL skills, ability to craft queries as well as make data structure recommendations Experience with one or more scripting languages, including Python.
