JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Architect. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of architectural design principles and be able to leverage cutting-edge technologies. This role will be based in Greensboro, with some remote flexibility.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of systems/software design experience.
• 5+ years programming experience with C#, .Net, .Net Core, and Python
• 3+ years SQL programming experience
• 3+ years delivering solutions as a member of an Agile team
• Knowledge of AWS, DevOps, Serverless Streaming technologies (Dockers, Kinesis, Lambdas, Event, Bridge, etc)
• Experience with XML, JSON, Windows services, IIS, Oracle database, Linux, Postgres, DynamoDB
• Knowledge of TypeScript, cloud formation template, AWS CDK
• Knowledge of networks and AWS infrastructure

• This role serves as a vital link between business stakeholders and the development team. You will be responsible for translating customer requirements and high-level architecture into detailed technical designs, while also promoting and maintaining the consistent application of development standards, design patterns, and code reuse practices
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Digital Product Managers to decompose tasks and provide accurate estimates, while partnering with the Enterprise Architect to create clear, detailed program specifications for developers and testers
• This role is responsible for ensuring application runtime environments remain up to date with supported software versions. It also involves developing mitigation plans to maintain stability and continuity of customer business systems, while contributing to the integration of system and technical solutions into the long-term strategic development roadmap
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency.
• You will also contribute to the secure design of AWS environments and collaborate with developers to support Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
